On June 13, 2026, we’re meeting in Warsaw for the 2nd Sunflower Run a special charity event that brings together sport, empathy, and real support.
This isn’t just a race. It’s also an important social initiative aimed at raising public awareness about invisible disabilities. Because invisible doesn’t mean nonexistent.
A full 80% of all disabilities are invisible. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program also notes that the Sunflower can be associated with more than 900 invisible disabilities, conditions, and chronic illnesses. That shows just how many people face challenges every day that simply aren’t apparent at first glance.
Participants can choose from 3 km, 6 km, and 9 km distances, but you don’t have to be a professional runner. You can run, jog, or simply walk the route. What matters most is that you’re here with us.
All proceeds from the event help fund vacation trips for autistic adults with care, support, and the space to be themselves.
